Home Delivery and Set-Up – We opted for Sole’s free curbside delivery and self-assembly when we bought the B94. This form of delivery doesn’t guarantee your packages will be safe from inclement weather. If you want to make sure the packages make it indoors, be sure to be home when they are delivered. Or, you can pay an extra fee to obtain upgraded shipping options from Sole.
- $59 for Threshold Delivery – The delivery person will bring the packages to the nearest covered/dry area. This may be in your front door, in the garage, or somewhere else not involving stairs.
- $119 Room of Choice – Packages will be carried by the delivery person to the room of choice in your home and unpacked. They’ll also remove items from packages and take the packaging waste with them when they go.
- $239 Assembly – Packages are carried indoors, placed in room of choice, unpacked, and the item is assembled by the delivery person. They will then remove all waste from the packaging when they leave.
Financing – Sole Fitness does not offer to finance the Sole B94.
Return Policy – Sole offers one of the best return policies compared to other exercise bike manufacturers. They allow a 30-day trial period on all of their equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, Sole will refund your purchase, no questions asked. Sole offers free return shipping should you choose to return the B94. Returns for a refund will not be authorized for 30 days after delivery unless SOLE determines there are extenuating circumstances.
